vb.net column mapping for data import

i have a software that import data into mssql. all i need is i select a csv or mdb or accd file and then i chose which column go with which field and then import. so example insert into Inventory_Bulk_Info (itemNum,store_id,Bulk_Price,Bulk_Quan) Values i need to tell the software to which column from the select file will go with the itemnum ,store_id,Bulk_Price,Bulk_Quan.
