Provide content for YouTube

Hi I need someone who can provide ready content for my YouTube channel. My target mostly is animated kids stories.

However I am open to suggestions for any other good niche.

I would much like someone who already have the content and would be okay with us dubbing it into African languages and uploading on our youtube channel without attracting copyright strikes, at an agreed fee, as opposed to someone having to create the content primarily for us as the cost or production will be high.
