I have a complete recording studio and can submit recorded voice overs sync’d exactly to the time code/frame references you need. I am in the US, so accent will be neutral. I will submit all voiceover work for review before finalizing the files for delivery. My rate is $20/hr USD ($26/hr AUD) Based on the length if text i can give you a project rate based on my hourly rate. So if a voiceover would take 5 hrs the flat fee would be $100 for that script. If needed i can also suggest background music where applicable.
