For our Travel Videos we’re looking for a Virtual Assistant who is excited to get into a fun business and who provides the following: -Think creatively and research possible content for our videos -Plan and make appointments for our next locations -Research and analyze what content online viewers want to see -SEO on youtube, facebook and instagram -Promote videos online -Maintain and continuously optimize profile on [login to view URL] -Video production skills are an advantage but not a requirement The Virtual Assistant should have the following characteristics. -Initiative -Business minded and thinks like a partner -Responsible -Creative -Social media expert (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube) -Excellent english -Possibility to grow into monthly salary depending on success-rate -If you are a new Virtual Assistant then you have a chance too. I'm looking for a Virtual Assistant with the right motivation and dedication. He or she should be fun to work with. We are a couple working on a boat as captain and chef. Our works brings us to various countries where we experience different cultures, foods, adventures, problems and complications. Change channel name: It's all about branding right and with a unique name, you make an impression that you are serious about something. 2. Optimize channel: Currently, your channel is not making use of all the features that Youtube offers. I would optimize channels for certain keywords, make appealing graphics and link to right links. 3. Make channel trailer: This is very important. Tell your audience in one very short video what that channel is about. It will appear when a new visitor lands on your channel. 4. Change the intro video. This has to be fast, unique and less than 10 seconds long. 5. Create a thumbnail. Design a custom thumbnail to attract more viewers. This can be done in Photoshop or Canva. You can update it from time to time depending on what topics are trending. 6. Use annotations and overlays: You are currently not using any overlays. I would definitely put them at strategic locations. 7. Video SEO: You videos need to be optimized for the search engines as well. I have more ideas but running out of characters limit.
