This project involves recording a written 'Learn To Read' product as an auditory file that can be copied to CD. There are approximately 70 pages of text in the 'Learn To Read' product. The auditory product will be marketed within Australia so the vocals will be in clear English- preferably Australian accent. The auditory file will be capable of playing in a personal computer and any CD player.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program in executable form. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition. 3)All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
The auditory file needs to run on personal computers using Windows XP and Vista, and CD players.
