2 minute Promotional Video Commercial to be posted on Facebook & YouTube for Upcoming Gospel Concerts

We are a Nonprofit Organization that produces concerts, worship services and special events for Independent Recording Artists. We are having a major concert and need a commercial to post on all social media sites (Facebook, Instagram & YouTube). The Concert dates are: Sunday, October 13, 2019 at 7:30pm - 3 Artists appearing Sunday, October 20, 2019 at 7:30pm 3 Artists appearing The commercial will have to name the artists, show a photo and play a piece of each artists' music with a English speaking voice over as the announcer. We have photos, mp3 of the music - some music we will pull from YouTube - we would like for the commercial to promote the event. As the photos of the artists appear, a few seconds of their song will play. The commercial should open with our name, logo and theme song playing, give the address (location for the event) and state "there is no admission charge". The final statement should be: "You don't want to miss this great celebration!" The closing music will be our theme song. The video commercial will be our main source of advertising and needs to be complete no later than October 3, 2019. We need to begin our marketing campaign on October 4, 2019. Our budget is $400 USD. I am available via email and telephone to answer any questions during the project and to give immediate feedback during the process. I am very responsive and available between 9am - 2amCST daily. I can also send a link to the commercial from 2018 as a guide for the project once your bid has been accepted.
