Please find my understanding on your Portal that you want to develop: - You will share the secure link to your customers where all the items will be listed out that customer needs to provide to your staff. - Documents can be uploaded from the Mobile device or from Desktop. - Once customer submits all the documents, it will go to the admin side or have the option to directly create a folder under google driver with that customer name (Whatever the standard format you use) and documents will be downloaded under it. - Then all the process will be done outside the system. Hi there, Yes, it is too much possible. I will make a portal, client will click on listed items and can upload their documents from any device and fill their name, email and mobile and that document will automatically store in Google drive under a folder name with the client email or phone. You will have to buy some space in Google drive and its cost very less. Later you can search by client phone or email and retrieve their documents. I will do it with PHP programming language, will host the site in Google Cloud. Kind Regards Mohsin
