Hello, How many products do you have at this moment on the store? I could transfer it with 0 downtime by doing the complete transfer at late night hours and only change the DNS when having the store fully functional on the new hosting. It may take up to 1 hour for the DNS to spread worldwide but there will be no downtime as the users with old DNS will be redirected to the old store. Please let me know if you are interested.
