One Way Links

We are looking for 100 one way links to our site using the URL text, title text, and anchor text we supply. All three must be on the links. Specifications: 1. Must be a text link. no graphics. 2. Only 1 link on each domain. 3. Web sites must be completely developed (Not under construction). 4. link page must already be indexed and cached by Google, msn and yahoo. 5. link page must have Google PR3 or better 6. Must be on a search engine friendly page. (static page) ie no redirects, cloaking, etc. 7. No Scraped content, mirror sites, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads,popups, intrusive advertising, etc. 8. No porn/adult, gambling medical, drug, pharmacy sites. 9. Links must be permanent. No FFA's,Blogs,Classifieds, dynamic inks, etc. 10. Link should not be on a page with more than other 20 links 11. Page must not be dis-allowed by [login to view URL] 12. You must submit a list of all links incuding URL were I can find the link (in excel format) and PR of the linking page 13. NO rel=nofollow links in the code. 14. English language web sites only. 15. Want most links (over 60%) to be on other transportation web sites. 16. Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted. We raised the price of the project for quality results. We have SEO experience and are able to weed out amateur skillsets. Please do not submit a quote unless you have experience and have measureable results. We are looking to form a long-term relationship with the winning bidder in this posting. If we can find someone who can do this work for us per our requirements at a fair price.
