Email data scraper - project 1/8

PLEASE DO NOT COPY AND PASTE GENERIC MESSAGE. I am looking for people with relevant experience for this project. Objective: to scrape data from an email body and save this in comma delimited (csv) format. Project description: one or more emails are received daily - the email Subject will be used to identify the emails to scrape. The email contains information that then needs to be extracted and saved in a standard format. Step by step instructions: 1. Email is received in a Gmail account. 2. The email Subject will be used to identify the emails. 3. Data is scraped from the email body - there are specific requirements for this shown in the attached screen shot - the names shown reflect the headers in the csv file, i.e. odds. 4. Data is processed - some minor data updates are required. 5. Data is added to a csv file and saved to a specific location. 6. Data is added to a simple log/error report. Attachments: - Screen shot of email body with comments. Once project has been awarded I will provide actual emails for you to analyse. - Standard template csv - contains data extracted from email as example. Required functionality: - Scrape information from email body - Gmail poling rate in seconds, i.e. every 2 seconds - needs to be changeable. - Activation times 'From' and 'To' - these are the times the solution you develop is active, i.e. 'From 09:00 to 14:00' - needs to be changeable. - File save location - changeable. - Data log/error report. - Configuration must be savable. Comments: - Speed, reliability and robustness are important! - This project is part of 8 projects in total, therefore thought should be given to the overall project that we are looking to achieve (details at end). - Sometimes the email format will change, therefore I will need future updates - paid for separately. - Please provide feedback on potential solutions, i.e. desktop solution, app, etc. - The amount of data to be scraped will change each day - some days there will be no data. - You will need to ensure any solution ensures maximum security for the Gmail account. - All formatting to be UK, i.e. for dates DD/MM/YYYY - The csv should be named with Service_1_datetime, i.e. [login to view URL] - using ISO formatting. The csv files need to be created with the header names. - The first 2 columns of the csv will require the date and time the data was scraped. The last 2 column data will be static (BackLay and StakeProfit). - I do not have coding preference, my concern is speed and accuracy. - Please incorporate privacy by design, email and Gmail security are extremely important. Other: - We will need basic instructions on how to maintain and/or update the solution. - We will need source code. Future projects: - This is part 1 of 8 projects. 6 projects are email scraping, the other 2 involve [login to view URL] scraping (via API) and online (URL). Each email layout is different, hence why they are separate projects. - I will give future priority to the Freelancer that wins this project and provides a solution that is quick, accurate and user-friendly. - All email projects use one Gmail account.
