Simple WEB Page to enter data into "REAL" Excel sheet....

I need a Proof of Concept completed to show data entered into a web page is dynamically inserted into an Excel spreadsheet. - The web page will be hosted on the same physical server that is running Excel. - The existing Excel workbook (Excel 2007) will have already been opened with on the host server with Macros enabled. For this small proof of concept, all I am looking for is a simple single web page, probably HTML but up to the writer, to show a few text input boxes, a dropdown list and a set of radio buttons together with a "submit" button. When the user enters data into the sample web page and presses submit, the data is copied into predefined cells on the open Excel spreadsheet. Once this is completed and works, I will generate a new project to design six or seven data entry pages with navigation structure etc.
