Simple e-commerce site

Hi all. I am planning on building a simple website that offers goods in technical matter. I need a logo and graphics for the site and a clean theme. I want the site to be white in the background, and the color of the theme shall be blue. The name of the site will be "[login to view URL]" It has to have a banner on the front, rotating some images of products, and then there should be Products, About, Contact Information (form), The should be an option to use a shopping cart, but at the moment, i only need to have certain products under product information. I have like 1 brand, and under that brand are many products. It must be simple to add new products in the back end and change to rotating image on the front. Also for start it would be good to have sem demo information on the site and a lorem ipsum text, witch i can then remove and clean up later. Any suggestions helps out which i chose from. The cms system, does not matter, if it is joomla, wordpress or any other. Just a simple, clean system. Only experienced people should apply for this.
