virtual part-time graphic and web designer, virtual assistant

we are an Internet focused company starting new business in graphic design and 3D area. To market this products we will create several websites like selling sites, affiliate sites and other promotional sites. We are seeking for a professional, internet-savvy virtual assistant to work part-time on an hourly basis long time on a variety of internet projects and tasks with strong skills in graphic design, illustration, drawing and 3D. Good web design and some programming skills are highly appreciated. Well educated with strong writting skills in English. The role requires 25 hours of work per week, 5 hours per day Monday thru Saturday, with the goal of increasing this. Ongoing duties include: • Graphic design: logos, brochures, magazines and others • Design in 3D fairs booths, stands and other commercial spaces using standard modules • Web design and programming, being able to install and maintain Open Source scripts • Some expertise Internet Marketing, Email Marketing an AdWords • Search Engine Optimization including manual directory submission, link building and social bookmarking • Project and team management • Other web and graphic related tasks The right person... • Is very competent at doing research and developing for the internet • Speaks and writes fluent English. It would be a great advantage for you if you understand Spanish or other European languages as well • Has extensive graphic design experience • Has very good skills in drawing and illustration • Has strong web-development experience • Has some skills in HTML, PHP and CSS • Has very good skills in web marketing • Is detail-oriented, organized, creative, resourceful, highly motivated, reliable and takes pride in doing on-time quality work • Feels personally comfortable to work on adult/erotic sites as well Your working time is flexible for you. No fixed schedule is required. Time off when needed. Will look the way to meet a few hours per day As your work is very significant for us we will share with you in addition to your hourly rate 20% of all profit made through the websites you are responsible for. The hourly rate we are looking for is $2.00 to $4.00 per hour (plus the 20% revenue sharing). NOTE: Please bid for the amount you would charge as a lump sum for one month (25 h x 4 week = 100 hours) of work.
