Mobile plugin for Mobile user friendly e-commerce solution for Easy Member Pro software

I am looking to hire an experienced, competent professional software developer to develop a Mobile plugin for some software that I use for some of my websites. The software that I use for my websites is called Easy Member Pro. This is PHP, My SQL database management script. My Software, Easy Member Pro, is mobile responsive, but it is not Mobile user friendly. I would like to hire someone to create me a Mobile app for this software which will allow Mobile users to get a mobile friendly experience when they visit my websites. I would like to model this Mobile App / plugin based on templates and functions from this mobile website service: [login to view URL] [login to view URL], is a mobile website builder service, but unfortunately they do not offer a e-commerce service for websites, and they also do not offer a service that will work with software that has been previously programmed or coded to function differently. This is where you come in: I am looking to work with a professional, developer to create a mobile application that will activate automatically when my website is being viewed from a mobile phone. These are the requirements that I need for this Mobile Plugin Application A section added to the ADMIN control panel for my Easy member Pro software, this section will be named : “Mobile Settings” 2/3 different template styles to choose from for both single page websites and multiple page websites , I will show you these templates and designs from [login to view URL] I will need all of these forms adjusted to fit the screen size for any mobile device when viewed from a mobile device. I currently use PayPal as the e-commerce solution for payments on my websites. All content ( words, videos, images) should be reduced to fit the size of the mobile device viewing the content. The content should be streamlined to the size of the screen of the mobile device viewing the website. There should be a zoom in/out option for users to view content more closely if desired. The Mobile plugin / application should be activated and 100% compatible with every type of mobile device on the market today ( iphone, android, blackberry, etc) and adjusted accordingly to the exact screen size for the device being used. This mobile application should also allow the content to be viewed and streamlined to fit a mobile device screen size , when a mobile device is straight or on its side viewing the content. A customised PayPal checkout is also required to be 100% mobile user friendly, so that viewers that purchased physical and digital products directly from a mobile with simplicity and ease. This checkout will clearly state the name of the product , price of the product , total price to be payed , and offer a very simple and large PayPal checkout option. I will show any interested applicants the complete admin control panel for Easy member Pro software and how it functions, this will make it very clear about what I would like creating and developing for this software. I will also show all interested personnel how the e-commerce currently works on my software. Ideal candidate must have these qualities: Understand English at a very good level, we will not likely speak on the phone but, I would like only to work with personnel who understand English very clearly so there is no misunderstanding in communication. Previous experience with Mobile Application / plugin development to activate mobile version of website is essential for this job.
