Audit Management Project Phase I

I'm starting a new project for my corporation (new Division) ...I will be hiring Data Entry personnel for data entry....and will need a web page & data base made...the web and data host is on an Ubuntu Server with a cPanel in Digital Ocean...need someone that has worked with Digital Ocean and Dock plat forms... The data base has unknown fields for right now...I will be using these fields on other data entry projects, and should be setup like a (cookie cutter format) ...will get into more details if you except the project...must be able to sign a confidential agreement before starting project... Would like to start on the web and data base project within a couple of weeks... Will be looking forward meeting and working with you...
