buddypress

hello, i created a registration page and pointed the buddy press to this page as a registration page. when i try to edit the page at word press to delete the contact i had on the page and just leave the registration of buddy press when you pointed registration to a page, it showing me the page is blank at the back end and i set the page to full width but when i view at front end it keep showing me the contact and i still have the theme side bar. i dont know how to erase it. also the complete sign up button of buddy press is not responding and also i want to customize to register page similer to my log-in page (image attached) but as i say cant edit the page
