Build me an MLM style Website

I want to create a website to keep track of the family savings and credit association that my people and I are setting up. 1) I want the landing page to have a Brief intro that flows into a description of the association with live flash images and colorful imagery that I will draft and need IT pro to implement. 2) The description with links to subpages focusing on deeper explanations of the 4 goals and benefits of the association. 3) Next the page should have links to 10-20 YouTube videos, the Facebook page, the twitter account, and the instagram account for the association. 4) the site should have a sign up page which allows the visitor to sign up to join the association, all pay options available. Merchant services for debit and credit card, zelle, paypal, Bitcoin, cashapp, etc etc. I want to think of Every way to pay and make it possible 5) the page should have a login page to allow people to login to see their association account balances and transactions etc. They should be able to switch views to view their personal positions in the association and then switch views to see the entire association. I will design the graphical representation of this It should be somewhat like a family tree with scalability to 100,000 total members. The membership is growing at a rate of 1000 people per week. We currently have 22,000. The implementation of the structure has to be scalable and robust enough to accommodate additions of members at a rapid and perhaps exponentially growing rate. (I want a QR scan code so that I can show people the QR and they can scan it with their smart phones and be taken directly to the site) 6) Once logged in, I’d like the site to have a branded version of the generic forum format that all cheap forums use. Allowing members to message eachother, ask questions, and create dozens or hundreds of threads, with some members having admin authority over the forum. 7)there are other easier things like timelines, news, and event pages, links to relevant articles, etc that will be easy to implement but I’ll give more details on that once we work out the big 6 items given above -Would the association prefer a quicker partial launch with a landing page w/company description, membership sign up, contact form, and/or email capture? I want to lunch the site as we can as soon as possible and then add on all the functionality over time very fast -You said they currently have about 22,000 members, will I be creating accounts for each of the existing members or will they be responsible for that? The 8 people are on the outside of the flower. There are eight people on the far outside ring of the circle. the first ring. 4 people on the second ring. 2 people on the inner ring. 1 person in the center of the ring.8 on the outside pay the 1 in the middle, then the one in the middle moves out and the others move towards the center. then 8 empty positions appear on the outer ring of the circle. those are filled by new people who pay the person who is the new person now in the middle of the circle
