Build an Online Store / Website See Specifications

Please read attached file. website re-design of an existing website along with additional webpages or new build, links to a shopping cart, access to online pdf and video viewing, and the ability to take an online test and receive a certificate of completion. Website must be integrated in a way that will allow the owner to update and edit the website after it’s launch. Website and all related build information will remain the property (when applicable) and fully accessible by the owner. Website function will be fluid and bug-free. There will be approximately 10 main web pages with multiple links. There will be approximately 100 web pages that will be links from a person clicking on the name of a State. all pages the same The shopping cart will hold about 75 products. Many of these products are online streaming videos. We want the courses to be available for one year only. We want to ensure that we are not paying for multiple streaming of the videos, so if we need to limit how many times one purchaser can view one video, we will need to do this. Each course will include the following: A streaming video. A pdf downloadable file. A review of the material that must be submitted online. A 10 question True and False exam that must be submitted and graded online. An online certificate that must be able to include the person’s name, hours earned, State, and license number automatically and they must be able to download it. Create an account for each user to login and view courses purchased and view/print certificates. A special form will be created for a person to enter their completed courses as well as upload course information they have taken from another website. This will be typed form and the upload will have to be a pdf or jpeg file. We will store this information and email them when it is time to take a new course or if they need a copy of their certificate. The student will have the opportunity to leave a review - but we want to review them before we allow them to go live on the site. So we need to decide how to do this. We need to offer a refer a friend offer and be able to send them a coupon code. All items in the shopping cart must be able to have a coupon code and we must be able to login and change them. Ee are looking at VZAAR for video hosting and TINY PASS/PIANO as the pay wall. We are open to another option, but we want to avoid paying for streaming per GB. General idea of the website: Take an online course that includes watching a video, reading text, taking a review & exam, and receiving an online course completion certificate. User login capacity. Capacity to store courses taken and certificates earned as well as upload certificates to be stored. The user should be able to click on state names listed or on a map to see each state’s requirements for taking classes. There are 2 main types of course takers: acupuncturists and massage therapists. They each have different requirements, so the state information will be listed for each (making up the 100 webpages). The website should be upgradable as we add more courses and types of course takers. We need to be able to edit the site and access the backend of the site. That is, we do not want to use your proprietary web page builder that we will not be able to access when the project is complete. The videos are ready to be uploaded to the host site. We are very familiar in working in a cpanel website. We currently access cpanel through an Arvixe account.
