Build me a Website with Wordpress, Woocommerce and a ticketing solution

I am thinking about a Wordpress Website to sell tickets, the site should have these features - Has Woocommerce and Invoice Plugin (i need to make invoice for every customer that buys) - Has a ticketing system, considering 3 actors: Website, Discoteques, Customers (the people that go to the disco/club) 1) The Website that sells tickets for different discoteques (night clubs). The clubs aren’t the owner of the Website, and the Website doesn’t own a club. The website is indipendent from customers and clubs. It only has an agreement with the clubs that accept the tickets sold on the site. 2) the customers that buy the tickets to use them in the discoteques. The ticket is paid by the customer to the Website. 3) the discoteques that should receive from the Website a “paper” (or a PDF, or Excel) with the list of the ticket-codes sold for their club. When a customer goes to the club with his ticket, the club should look at the PDF/excel to manually check-in the customer using the ticket-code. It could be ok that also a club can have its access where to see ITS tickets and put in the codes to verify the tickets. But first of all I need to to the first options: paper/pdf with ticket list for each club, ticket code, ticket short description In particular a) It would be good that tickets are considered as “normal” Woocommerce products. Or you can use a ticketing plugin with Woocommerce, if it fits my need. It's ok to use a ticketing plugin. It's important it's simple and quick for everyday use. b) Every ticket must have a single code c) The site-admin must be able to have a list with all the codes sold for every club, individually (the admin should send the ticket-codes list to each club, conteining the codes of the tickets sold for that specific club and not all the tickets sold in general) d) It is important that the site-admin can choose which informations to put on the ticket, I would like that the ticket has code, a short description, without name and surname of the customer. e) It is important that the site-admin can choose which informations to put on the check-in list sent (PDF, paper, Excel) to the club. I mean that I want to be able to send the club a list with all the tickets sold for that club, and every “raw” of the file must show the ticket-code and the short description When making the price, please consider that: a) I already have a Siteground account and would like to manage the site in my account. So no need hosting from you b) I just want the site to be made: I will insert content! (pages, descriptions, text, etc). I only want a site that works, then I'll put the content so you have just to prepare the site, the main plugin (Woocommerce, ticketing...), the design (logo, header, theme customization) and nothing more. I will add other plugins and customize the site. I want you to set up the design and the main architecture (woocommerce with ticketing solution). When making your offer explain me please how you will reach the goal: which plugins, which ticketing system, etc.
