Create Contest Landing Page with Spinnable "Fun" Wheel for prize; basic backend for control - store and email data

Looking for someone to create a landing page for a prize and entry into a giveaway contest. We will be placing a QR code on some advertising and want recipients to scan and be taken to the page on our website. This is be SUPER MOBILE friendly first and foremost, but also accessible via desktop. Need the following specifics: - Front/landing page where users spin the wheel to win one of a group of prizes (similar to: [login to view URL], or [login to view URL]). Page should incorporate logo and other needed textual info (header and footer area) - Users should have to fill out a form to be able to spin - The spinning wheel should stop "randomly" on a prize and have an overlay that congratulate the viewer and lets them know we will be mailing them the prize - After they have "won" a prize, it should email them an email stating they will receive their prize - The should be a simple passworded backend (forgot password option please) for us to be able to: - Set the slices of the spinning wheel along with their color - Set the amount of times this selection can "actually win" - meaning, we want to place more weight on specific prizes instead of others - The backend should allow us to view a list/table of those who have filled out the form and spun the wheel; along with their won prize; it should also email an admin email with a copy of the filled out form (to be provided) - Backend should allow us to set the form fields for the form - Backend should allow us to set the page header and footer, along with text area and prize messages - We should be able to set a "page forwarder" for after they receive their on-screen confirmation message that they have won - Ability to set the confirmation email message the user receives after winning WE ARE ALSO LOOKING FOR A WEB DEVELOPER/DESIGNER FOR A MUCH, MUCH LARGER, MULTI-STAGE PROJECT INVOLVING REAL ESTATE IDX, SITE SCRAPING, CRM, BACKEND MANAGEMENT AND SCRIPT RUNNING. HOPEFULLY THE FREELANCER CHOSEN FOR THIS PROJECT WILL BE ABLE TO HANDLE THE LARGER PROJECT.
