Cryptocurrency Escrow website

I am looking for a company with experience in the field of cryptocurrency wallets to build from scratch a escrow business. Along with creating the code I also need you to manage the technical aspect of the website and resolve any bugs or any improvements that need to be made in the future along with protecting it from hacking/DDOS attacks etc. and generally manage the technical side of it. Please check word file attached for more info. English must be spoken fluently (no exceptions to this!). You need to show me evidence of excellence and a clear understanding of the cryprtocurrency world. Please in your proposal make sure you show me that you have read and understood everything I have provided here and you have the experience and skills needed. "Copy paste" proposals will be ignored. I am after a long term relationship and I expect professionalism and a common sense, organized approach to my project. You need to be contactable via skype or other platforms. NDA agreement is also needed to be in place. Only companies, no one man bands. Project needs to have clearly defined milestones and payment is made after each milestone is completed.
