Help build a small part of my website

I am trying to design and create a website smilar to ebay.. only difference is that i want to implement a token raffle feature which basically means that people will have to place tokens till the items token count is complete and then have someone chosen randomly to buy the item at a discounted price. the main things i want a freelancer to cover 1. Have to purchase tokens to place on items 2. have my items work on a token depositing way where the more tokens they put into an item the higher the likely hood of them winning the item as a significantly reduced price [login to view URL] able to not only add a specific token count to my website but also add a final price once a lucky winner has been chosen 4. make everything integrate in one another meaning that make it work together the website i am working on is created using wix.. if you would like any further details please message
