Layout for Directory Child daycare

I'm looking for someone who can make me a simple layout for a child (at home) daycare directory website. Layout has to be in HTML. I have several domains, so I have to be able to use it on different domains. The layout has to have a fresh look, so you can see its about children. At the top, under the header a menu, where people can look for people that have a home daycare. It should be a simple layout for about $40.
