EDIT: Please ignore the pricing I chose, I am looking to agree either a monthly ongoing retainer or a per site cost but that is too difficult to gauge without actually speaking with you.
I have my own little business creating and building brands for clients. I have been offering a 360 service including branding, graphics, websites, social media and top level conceptualisation of companies, services and products as a whole and seems to be going well but I am only one person and starting feel swamped.
I am starting to think about trying to turn my business into an agency of sorts and am looking to extend my team and improve the quality of my service / output.l which in term would also allow me to start to take on a more overarching creative role and take on more clients.
I’m not sure this is even the right place for this post but I’m basically trying to find someone who can in effect join my team creating websites on an ongoing, freelance basis.
To be entirely honest I’m not sure how best to approach this. I anticipate most of the sites would be pretty straightforward and am thinking that perhaps a monthly retainer would work best but perhaps if the cost per site was right we could work on that basis?
I am also able to do some ground work in terms of layout and design, as in I could literally mock up sites in illustrator and then it would be just a matter of building them as is, if that is an option that would make our workflow more efficient.
Things I would l need from the right person:
1. An eye for details. A lot of our communication towards the end of completion on each site would be in regards to small fine elements of the sites as I want the quality control of our output to be high.
2. Ideally I would like to work with someone who has ideas of ways we can make the work even better but my main goal is to find someone at this stage who is simply capable of building something what the clients need.
3. I would want to work with someone who has a knowledge of seo and anything else that would enable to give our clients the best chance of their products and services being viewed and therefore used.
4. API integration.
5. An awesome human. I am working hard to move from a single person to an agency set up so to be frank, I need someone who is hardworking, reliable and also that is personable seeing as there would be a fair amount of communication. I’m not a big company so I need someone who gets what I’m trying to achieve and is on a similar wavelength.
Lastly, I would want this to be done under a white label service. As far as my clients are concerned, all work would be done under my brand. I have just started working with an animator and a graphic designer on a similar basis.
If you think this is something you would be interested in, I look forward to talking with you, looking at examples of your work and discussing possible ways we could approach this set up.
I currently have 5 websites I need building including my own but am projecting there will be more.
