A few things has to be done, in order to level up the user (mobile) experience. Mobile experience > images, videos, tables and such has to be auto adjust in size (depending on the device) > Show high quality images without interupting the pagespeed > Design improvement suggestions Desktop experience > Design improvement suggestions Template > Move certain objects like comparison button > Add return form on ''my account'' page > Giving customers the ability to add a promotion code to existing invoices > Giving customers the ability to download their invoice when not paid yet > Rearrange payment methods > 1 page checkout > Phone number has to be required when buying or creating an account > Charge people a small fee when paying with PayPal or Debitcard > Move the newsletter bar Backoffice > An more detailed export excel document
