VUE.js + firebase web app

Only expert please I am developing a django based system where i need a 1-1 web chat app written in vue.js and firebase. You have to send me this solution as a standalone web app with instructions for how to integrate it with a web based system. The features required along with 1-1 chat are the image upload and document upload. Image size limit=5mb, file upload=15 mb. Also to note that you should strip/remove the metadata (EXIF) from the images uploaded from the mobile devices. For this information, the EXIF file contains data like position, orientation etc which are not necessary and can contain corrupted infos. The chat app should have 1. a Tab where a user can get a list of open chat for the user. 2) The user should be able to authenticate on the server before he can recieve and send messages 3) There should be a page where admin can open and chat with the user 4) The admin page must have a way of verifying that the user is an admin and about the admin the chat app is not for group chatting but 1:1 chatting. when the administrator login to the chat app, the client lists page will be shown then the administrator select the client logged in, and then the chatting page opens and in the chat page, the client and admin must upload and receive file. write hello shahid for bid on top
