Web developer flask and react

We are looking for a developer that can build a website for us, I want you to know about Outlook and salesforce API, We send emails to our potential clients and if they reply we want them to be added to a page where we can agree or disagree on adding them to our salesforce dashboard in the leads section, and when they reply we should be able to see the conversation, in which we can see all the mails sent to them and all the mails sent to us by them, Hope you can help me with this. My budget is 30$. The frontend does not needs to be great it just should be functional, i want you to write the backend in flask or if you can write the frontend in React.
