Wordpress single page redesign

We have a Wordpress powered site, what is the homepage of a Vienna based nightclub. Our promotions page need a redesign, we want to improve the coupon section, add a slider and improve the old promotios' posters section.

We want to work one designer/firm, and we will need different changes on the layout, while it will be done. Please apply with a price, what includes out change requests too. We need a PSD file at the end of the process.

The winner may get the change to redesign all of the 3 coupon subpages and make the 2 new party subpages too.
