Need a developer who had a experience with Contabo server

I am looking for a developer who know about contabo server very well and angur js language. As we are developing our website with some other developer and there is some trust issue. So we need any good developer who knows about the contabo server and angular js. He need to help to make the entire backup of the website and also teach me how to do it and also check the code that everything is fine. My budget is not much as the work is just testing checking.
