We have one Agricultural site. Till now only backend database handling is completed. Which needs to be tested.
1. We have two parties A.) Sellers or Vendors B.) Buyers or Farmers.
2. We need orders from Farmers. Our representative will go and take orders from farmers or customers and Farmers can also directly call and give us some orders.
3. These orders needs to be updated on backend portal manually.
4. Now our backend team which generate one customer invoice plus vendor invoice from where we will buy that item to track the process of delivery.
5. Once item is delivered successfully to farmers and he pays some money. That money will be added to unallocated cash in his account until backend team mark it allocated for account clearance and close the transaction.
6. All payments has to be done via cash or bank transfers. As of now there is no online payments gateway. This can be added later.
7. Customer/Farmer can pay money monthly, quarterly, yearly or one time based on scheme. So individual receipts will be generated per bill.
8. We can generate reports for all pending bills till date or for a required period and then follow up the customer having pending bills for payments.

We have removed security checks as of now, so its directly accessible.
10. This work needs to create some sample users and sample vendors and create test cases around 250 and execute them to test functionally. If found more than 50 issues will be appreciated and paid additionally.
11. Before start of project testcases needs to be approved by us.
