Resolve why "Servers Alive" won't run. I'd like some help in getting a commercial application running in Windows 7 64bit. This would require you to remote in to my computer and resolve any issues in getting the application "Servers Alive" running. [login to view URL] I have been in touch with tech support and they have no idea why it won't run. It is supposed to run either as an application or as a service. I have tried turning off all antivirus, firewalls, services and startup programs. I do not have the source. In event viewer I'm getting a timeout error.
