This is the first stage of multiple stage project. First we need to move our WordPress web site in its entirety from GoDaddy hosting to Windows Azure.

I will deal with registering the freelancer for access to the production web site, registering freelancer for Windows Azure access, and DNS configuration.

The freelancer will deal with all of the details of setting up WordPress on Windows Azure and copying all of the content from the GoDaddy production site to the new Windows Azure site.

Payment of first milestone of 25% will be paid when the Windows Azure site can be tested side-by-side with the production site for equal behavior. The testing will continue until the production and the Windows Azure sites look and behave the same.

The final milestone will be paid when testing of the Windows Azure site is completed.
