We need to create a Wordpress plugin that will easily allow us to upload a CSV file, and update the relevant information in the database. The front end of the website will then take information based on the database and display it for the customer. The columns in the database are; 1/ Name of cinema 2/ Movie Name 3/ Showing times All that information is drawn from multiple CSVs that we upload (4 to 5). The second part of the project is we have a excel sheet of UK cinema postcodes. This is a permanent file that will rarely change that always needs to be stored (until we upload a new version). When the user selects their location we need the closest few cinemas to be selected and the distance from their location to the cinema to be. It needs to be a simple one step process to upload the CSV files. Cost of plugin ideally £100-180GBP

But in 2nd part you have mentioned the distance to be the parameter to identify closest Cinema from the user and the table has postcodes for each cinema. Do you really mean closest or by postcode? because to get the closest it needs to get the coordinates of cinema and the user. that way, it can determine the closest. I would like to have a discussion with you.
