something happen to the CSS we think

The problem all pages in the dev dir redirected to the main domaiin not under dev
So i cant even copy the files from dev to the main
we need someone to fix this display issue asap
we beleive in Dev all correct files
Let us know if you can fix it , so all pages under main display correctly
We think that is only a small issue like CSS file or something like that , but we do not know
We need a word press expert to fix this issue
