Private Project for Invoker

I currently have a website up and running using a bought template and Wordpress. I would like to modify some things on the template and would like some help on how I can modify certain things in the future as I am clueless to all this stuff. This is what I am looking for help with: - Would like to remove the white space at top of template to allow more space for the website. Look closely if you don't see the white space. - Would like to remove the area to the right of the text with the dates and whatnot and replace it with the box below for signing up the for mailing list. Basically just replace that area with the mailing list sign up from the bottom and remove the mailing list sign up from the bottom. - That leaves the 3 remaining boxes below (About, Mentorship, FAQ). Would like to shift the remaining 3 boxes over so it aligns properly since we removed the mailing list box. Would like to have a single background for all 3 boxes together (i.e. Just give them all a white background) resulting in 1 big rectangle instead. - Need help on how to change fonts and background colors of the webpage and whatnot. Probably just have to point me to where to modify the CSS file responsible for those things. I will give you access to the host and whatnot to make the modifications. I will need this done by sometime on Saturday (5/6/12) Thank you very much! I would very much prefer someone who I can talk to on Skype or any instant messenger.
