I am very much interested to apply for the position as a Virtual Assistant, referencing to the job post on Freelancer. The position is an ideal in view of my extensive customer service experience. Recently, I made a project doing some content writing and uploading images in WordPress. I have work with ATT with DirecTV as customer and sales representative. I am doing not just customer service but doing up selling to every call I am receiving. Before that, I also work with the same position but handled technical support as well with TigerDirect. We cater mostly computer, laptops, hardware, and software. I am taking phone calls, answering emails and chats in a timely manner.
I am confident that I am a competent candidate for the position. In addition to my working experience, I have a good communicating skill with good inter-relationship skill. I am also punctual, diligent and patient individual with the ability to type 40 words per minute. I can also do multitasking job under pressure. I believe I am suitable for the post because of my experience, customer service skills and ability to routinely exceed targets.
