Topical, Timely, Relevant Social Media Writing Blog Posts - 1 x per week

I need one article writer to write 1 Article per week for my blog. The topic is Social Media Marketing. It sounds easy but I have some specific requirements as follows:
* Must be topical based on trending topics in Google News or other Authority source
* Must be able to write in a colloquial style, personal voice as per a blog not academic or journalist
* I will also provide an ongoing list of topics to write about - these will be in the form of links in Pocket, or Drafts in the Blog - we can work out which works best.
* Writer must speak English as first language and have EXTENSIVE writing skills and experience. The audience is a highly educated Australian business community, the articles will be shared and discussed so you will need to know your stuff.
* Articles must be published as Draft in the Blog as a finished product, requiring only my proofread before publishing.
* Minimum images include Header image (I will provide access to image library online) as well as 1 other image which must have keywords in alt tags as per SEO requirements.
* CLICKBAIT Headlines and article formats such as "6 Ways Google is Killing your Business" etc.. The articles will be shared socially to drive traffic back to the main site.
To be considered please provide the following:
1. Examples of social media articles you have written, blogs you have written or run.
2. Outline of your experience in writing for social media marketing.
Please also include YELLOW in your response as automated respondents will be automatically eliminated.
This job is for 4 ARTICLES (please bid accordingly) over a 1 month period. We will work on the first article to my satisfaction before moving to the next, and the next, etc. The aim is to find someone that can work with me to create an ongoing process so you end up posting to the blog every week for me.
Idealy you have CAPACITY to take on more clients than myself as well.
