I have a WordPress website that is down, I have contacted my hosting company and they have told me the following...
"This appears to be an issue that originates due to some conflict on the application level and it will be necessary to troubleshoot it on the application level as well. Such matters however are development-related and as our main expertise is in hosting/server related matters, such tasks fall beyond the scope of our support. It is possible that the issue is caused by some plugin. What can be done is to disable all plugins directly from the database since there is no backend access and check if the issue is plugin related. I have the login details for the WordPress site and can provide you access to the hosting, are you able to let me know what else you need?
