I would like to hire a Facebook Marketing Specialist

Looking for someone experienced in generating leads for mortgage lenders. If we get the results we are looking for, this relationship would be ongoing and would take over our current clients. Someone with advanced skills in Facebook advertising will be preferred but would also desire someone with extensive knowledge in Google Adwords. Must be able to problem solve on their own and be proactive in getting the numbers we are after. We want to provide good quality leads to our clients and expect to deliver what we promise. Must be able to create good Ad Copy and design and landing pages. ****Must be very responsive to all phone calls and emails**** This relationship needs to be a high priority. If it is successful, we will have many more clients to add on so we need someone who is capable of handling growth. Clients are based nationwide in the US and range from generating leads in one zip code to nationwide campaigns. Budget will be negotiated and is dependent on expected performance.
