App development in xamarin -- 2

I have an Android app, already have a design for it looking to add new features in the app. We are looking for someone who can work on cross platform android project. Functionality to be build is sharing pics using social network using swiping feature. Should have good knowledge on C#, xamarin. We have backend in PHP
