While Lulian responsive to chat conversations, he did not listen to numerous rounds of feedback which ultimately led to an unusable product. When I would ask for changes, he would only incorporate one in the subsequent revision, making the design process extremely burdensome and difficult and time consuming. It also seemed he failed to reflect on the purpose of the project, nor listen to the numerous rounds of feedback I provided explaining the purpose, because the products were clearly not suitable for what was intended..
