Hi! My name is Maricel. I can work full time; I have good command of the English language both for written and speech. I have more than 3 years of BPO experience as a customer service and as a sales associate. I have almost a year of experience as a freelance transcriber. I provide transcription files with at least 98% accuracy, depending on the difficulty of the audio and heaviness of the accents. I deliver projects on time. I work on files with English, American, and Asian accents. I work on files with special requests such as verbatim and/or with time stamps, depending on the instruction given by the client. I work with minimal supervision, and use initiatives to my own and my employer's advantage. I have started working as a freelance data encoder since October 2015.
