Hey there, My name is Maddy, and previously to my current role I was the HR Director for a $600 million dollar company here in Sydney and have now moved onto Head of HR in a publically listed company turning over $1.3 Billion per year. With wanting to map a people strategy / plan I have also had 4 of my own companies and currently work coaching entrepreneurs on people, talent and development. With that in mind I can take plans from a small scale and also map to the largest scalability.
