- Implemented AWS Cloud Infrastructure including multiple complex system testing environments for a major State Government Agency in USA
- Developed and implemented a Cloud Architecture, implementing technology environments and deploying all solution components for complex application systems including the consumer portals, worker portals and backend systems, including databases, enterprise service bus, EDI transactions, etc.
- Implemented complex, sophisticated security infrastructure using the IBM security infrastructure - Security Identity Manager and Security Access Manager

AWS Cloud Infrastructure for a Major State Government Agency

- Led the open source conversion of the Maryland Health Benefit Exchange (MHBE) technology platform, including the customer portal, worker portal, mobile platform and backend systems, providing MHBE with millions of dollars in savings per year
- Developed an open source architecture and implemented an open source technology stack while coordinating the work with several teams and vendors at MHBE
- Completed this highly complex project within an extremely rapid timeframe, migrating the web based systems to the open source JBoss -
Application server, the web services and Federal Data Services Hub (FDSH) integration to the open source JBoss Fuse Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), implementing an open source digital document management system, open source business process management system and converting all systems to the open source PostgreSQL database

Open Source Conversion of Maryland Health Benefit Exchange

- Implemented a full featured customer facing web based platform for Access Health CT
- Responsive implementation that allows users to use the platform on mobile devices of multiple form factors, including phones and tablets
- Full featured platform that allows customers to explore and compare health insurance options, get insurance quotes and apply for and enroll in health insurance. Customers can also check their eligibility for and apply for and enroll in government benefits related to health care coverage
- Developed in an extremely rapid time-frame based on the New Fields Technologies (NFT) API platform to provide a sophisticated system
- Includes an Angular based responsive user interface that interacts with the NFT Health Insurance Exchange API
- Implemented complex integration with State and Federal Agencies
- Technologies used include, Angular, Java, JEE, RESTful API, IBM DB2, IBM Security Platform, Enterprise Service Bus, EDI, Google Analytics
