Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA) -- 2

The guy did very bad work . I hired him for Engineering stamp to get approval my Drawing plan from county. He stole the Engineers stamp without engaging the engineer , without Showing my Drawing. For that reason the property owner could be in jail also . I recommend not to work with him .sometimes clients will have to go to jail for his corrupt work
