-Develop job descriptions and utilized multiple sources to attract quality candidates.
-Managed 10+ hiring managers and 15-20 open requisitions.
-Utilize ATS (OpenHire), job portals, social media, direct mail, cold calling, internet search, campus hiring, headhunting, bulk hiring, walk-ins, networking, mapping and online ads to source candidates.
-Conduct reference and background checks for candidates.
