Hello, my most valuable skills would have to be anything writing and fitness. I've been writing and editing for most of my life, have worked on several projects in my high school days and now I'm trying to implement my skills as a freelancer. As a kid and teenager I used to be obese (120kg 40% body fat), then one day I decided I was going to change that. Now (3 years later) (77kg 12% body fat) I can confidently say I'm more or less an expert in the field of fitness, health and nutrition. I've helped numerous friends/family members reach their goals, and by that I mean coaching them, showing them how to properly do exercises, creating diet plans and so on. In short, I'm stubborn as hell, a hardworking individual who strives for improvement every single day. Cheers!
