My role was to track emails and make the appropriate action based on the situation: - Preparing lay-time calculations for vessels - Updating suppliers accounts with amounts/payments/transfers made by SWIFT - Tracking vessels positions and updating vessel record with where the vessel is expected to arrive and when. - Calculating interest payable/receivable related to suppliers and charter parties payments and balances. All these tasks were handled using MS Excel

AR Accounting office

jan 2014 - jan 2015 (1 year)

I worked for AR Accounting office for 9 months as an accountant. I used to perform accounting cycle and calculations using MS Excel [American Journals/Ledgers]. I made equations for calculating the cost of the imports merchandise, depreciation of fixed assets, inventory [perpetual and periodic] and valuation of inventory [FIFO,LIFO,WA, LCM].

ACTIV Warehouse

jan 2013 - qer 2013 (5 months, 1 day)

I worked for ACTIV warehouse casually for 6 months. My role was to enter the data of old and new units of inventory into a special program designed internally at ACTIV, barcode newly units, and make a backup data-sheet using MS Excel.
