I am a Consultant with ca. 10 years’ transversal experience in both financial and strategic fields in Italy and abroad, with a focus on sectors like Financial Services (incl. Fintech), Industrial products and services (particular focus on Industry 4.0 innovative development and industrial application trends), Healthcare (Biotech and VBH), Food (e.g. Agritech) & Beverages, Technology (AI, big data, machine learning) and Social Projects (e.g. Charity and Impact Investing). I use to call myself a "creative problem-solver" with a strong customer-service orientation (more than 7 years working on M&A deals taking on different roles – and gaining a uniquely combined perspective of industry, investment banking and consultancy) with a passion for getting things done by serving the complex needs of high-growth, innovative, and entrepreneurial businesses. I am passionate about innovation-driven changing business models, and I believe, that my international and versatile profile, together with my experience in Corporate Finance and in the implementation and monitoring of strategic initiatives and transformation momentums enable me to lead business plans and performance analytics of projects whilst retaining an eye on value creation and impact investing. I have also been involved in various projects and have leant my experience to the preparation of business plans, capital raising processes and company valuations (for M&A or innovative changing models purposes) as well as supported the launch what i call "my sexy project" WHO GIVES A FUNK with Scilla Ruffo. WGaF consists in the organization of concerts my friend Scilla and I call “MUSIC FOR GOOD”. I am in the search of finding the unicorn of things, and closing the bridge between Italy and the Rest of the World on every level.
