 Perform as Technical Lead for the patching of 2000+ servers for mortgage banking environment, both production and non-production environment. This includes coordination, planning and basic scripting to push/pull WSUS registry settings.  Maintain up to date server using patch management tools like WSUS/SCCM and DVMT  Provide L1 and L2 support for production environment on daily basis.  IIS administration on Production and non-production environment. This includes modification of vm guest configuration  Perform Server audit and remediation using ESM.  Creating change request that need proper coordination and approval of impacted team.  Participate on DR test and DR implementation. Performing SRDF split/establish/failover on systems that has SRDF implementation. Improve DR plans if found some more organize and clear procedures.  Installation of Tivoli Endpoint for enterprise monitoring of servers. This includes updating the necessary configuration to fit the requirements of the environment.  Perform technical training to other engineers regarding Patching and Remediation  Hardware monitoring for all environments. This includes raining ticket to vendor or 3rd party support team and coordinating with application team the best possible time to avoid loss to company.  Help Implementation Engineer on some of the L3 task. Giving idea and technical approach on specific issue.  Ticketing using Peregrine software. Software we always use to track all the issue resolution activity for manila staff.  Administration of Windows 2003 and 2008 servers. This includes monitoring, audit and remediation.  Installation and monitoring of SEP Antivirus software to make sure that all servers comply on enterprise audit.  Remediation and monitoring of Netbackup software. Making sure that we always on ~100% compliant.  Batch or PowerShell scripting for daily administration.  Cluster monitoring and administration
